Hondo ISD appreciates the many parents, family members, and community members who volunteer their time to support our students! Anyone attending a field trip or helping with a school event must be cleared through the Hondo ISD volunteer background check before participating.
How to Become a Hondo ISD Volunteer
1. Pick up a volunteer packet
Packets are available from Central Office, any campus office, or online to print.
2. Complete the packet
Return your completed packet to Hondo ISD Central Office, located at 2604 Avenue E.
3. Bring your ID
Bring your identification with your completed packet so a copy can be made.
4. Wait for processing
Once submitted, your background check will be processed and you will be notified of the results.
